摘 要:幼儿团是民国时期融幼稚园与托儿所为一体的教育机构,是中国幼儿教育在面向工农道路上的开创性探索。幼儿团在开办过程中形成了四个方面试验特色:目标高远,以普及幼稚教育改造乡村社会;责任明晰,突出工农的主体地位;组织方式新颖,积极运用小陪伴的力量;实践理据适切,主张运用幼儿的生活实施幼儿的教育。幼儿团试验启示我们:应在乡村振兴的视野下去思考托幼一体化问题;以乡村为主体开展在地化托幼一体化实践;立足乡村特质灵活变通托幼一体化组织方式;依托乡村生活构建适宜的托幼一体化课程。Children’s League,an educational institution integrating kindergarten and nursery in the period of the Republic of China,is a pioneering exploration of early childhood education in China on the road of workers and peasants.In the process of the Children’s League’s initiating,four experimental features have been formed:lofty goal of transforming the rural society by popularizing preschool education;clear responsibility of highlighting the dominant role of workers and farmers;creative organization of actively using the little companions;rational theoretical guidance for practice which advocates implementing education by using children’s lives.The Children’s League experiment enlightens us to think about the integration of kindergarten and nursery in the perspective of rural vitalization,to carry out the integration of kindergarten and nursery with rural areas as the subject,to flexibly adapt the organization based on rural characteristics,and to construct appropriate curriculum upon the rural life.
