摘　　要：推动新媒体与高校思想政治教育深度融合,是融媒体时代加强和改进高校“三全育人”的重要任务。全媒体时代高校“三全育人”呈现出纵向深入多样化、主体平等化和隐性化等特点。新媒体环境对高校全员育人的参与程度、全过程育人的连贯性和全方位育人的机制提出更高的要求和更大的挑战,需要在顶层设计、运营机制和实施艺术方面结合新媒体的特点,打造“全员育人”新格局。Promoting the deep integration of new media and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important task to strengthen and improve the“three full education”in the era of media convergence.In the all-media era,the“three full education”of colleges and universities presents the characteristics of vertical in-depth diversification,subject equality and recessiveness.The new media environment puts forward higher requirements and greater challenges to the participation degree of all-staff education,the coherence of the whole process of education and the mechanism of all-round education.It is necessary to integrate the characteristics of new media into top-level design,operation mechanism and implementation art to create a new pattern of“overall education”.
