摘  要:劳动法学是调整劳动关系以及与劳动关系密切联系的其他社会关系的法律规范的总称,既与公民生活息息相关,其教学内容又与课程思政紧密联系。通过分析劳动法学课程思政建设的现状和必要性,文章深入挖掘了劳动法学课程中的以人为本、法律意识和法治思维等典型的思政元素,确定和把握课程思政建设的实现路径,加强和优化师资队伍建设,健全课程评价体系和激励机制,落实教育“立德树人”的根本任务。同时希冀为高校劳动法学课程思政的建设提供切实可行的参考。Labor law is a general term for the legal norms that regulate labor relations and other social relations closely related to labor relations.It is closely related to citizens’life,and its teaching content is closely related to curriculum ideology and politics.By analyzing the current situation and necessity of ideological and political construction in the course of labor law,this paper deeply explores the ideological and political elements in it such as people-orientedness,legal consciousness and legal thinking,determines and grasps the realization path of curriculum ideological and political construction,strengthens and optimizes the construction of teaching staff,improves the curriculum evaluation system and incentive mechanism,and implements the fundamental task of education“building morality and cultivating talents”.At the same time,it is hoped that it can provide practical reference for the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in the course of labor law in other colleges and universities.
