摘　　要：“资助育人”工作是高校思政工作中的重要内容,是实现教育公平,维护社会和谐的重要途径,也是立德树人的根本落脚点。对于警校而言,“资助育人”工作要以学生的全面成长与发展为目标,不断提升“资助育人”工作的质量。基于此,本文以浙江警官职业学院为例,提出了立德树人背景下警校“资助育人”工作的精准实施对策,以供参考。"Sponsorship for education"is an important content of ideological and political work in colleges and a significant way to achieve educational fairness and maintain social harmony,also is a fundamental foothold for establishing moral education.For police colleges,the work of"sponsorship for education"should aim at the overall growth and development of students,and continuously improve the quality of"sponsorship for education".Taking Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy as example,this paper proposes a precise implementation measures for the"sponsorship for education"work of police colleges under the background of establishing moral education for reference.
