摘 要:本土化建设是当前国际中文教育发展的热点和难点问题,教师本土化是其重要组成部分。培养赴海外从事中文教育的教师融入所在国家、了解当地学生、因地制宜地开展教学工作的能力是教师本土化的基本内容,而学习赴任国语言就是教师融入当地的重要途径。截至目前,赴韩中文教师数量不断增长、规模不断扩大、层次不断提高、专业性不断增强,韩国中文教师本土化发展具有典型研究价值。本文以赴韩中文教师为例,运用实证研究方法对教师韩语能力培养展开讨论,分析教师韩语使用需求、学习动机,梳理现有培训中的韩语课程现状,并从教师本土化角度为国际中文教育本土化建设提供建议。Localization is a hot and difficult issue in the development of international Chinese education,and teachers'localization is an important part of it.It is the basic content of teachers'localization to cultivate the ability of overseas Chinese teachers to integrate into the country where they are going,understand local students and carry out teaching work according to local conditions,and learning the language of the country where they are going is an important way for teachers to integrate into the local area.Up to now,the number of Chinese teachers in ROK has been increasing,and the scale has been gradually expanded,the level has been constantly improved,and the professionalization has been continuously enhanced.Therefore,the localization of Chinese teachers in ROK has a typical research value.This article uses empirical research methods to discuss the development of the Korean language ability of Chinese teachers,analyzes teachers’needs and motivations for learning Korean,combs the current situation of Korean courses in existing training,and aims to develop the localization of international Chinese education from the perspective of teachers’localization.
