摘  要:学校“五育”融合的目的在于培养全面而个性化发展的历史主体。学校教育教学实践应注重师生关系在育人上的“先在性”力量,以对象性交往作为师生生命发展的动力,相互经由历史传统、现实和未来社会发展的文化经验、时代精神、价值理想的探讨来追求真善美;注重课程内容选择的“综合性”,以现实社会作为课程组织实施的“试金石”和“实验室”,让学生的知识、观念、价值和思想亲近社会现实处境,使其在理论知识的武装下去思考、探索和解决真实的人类发展问题;注重教学过程的“全场性”,以生活世界作为教学实践的场域环境,让教学在“双重双向”对象化“互见”中,引出、更新和拓展师生的知识结构;注重管理评价的“时间性”,以个性表现作为衡量质量发展的尺度,使教育教学置身于与既定“事实世界”相对的多元广阔和复杂矛盾的“现实世界”中,促进学生在自由的学习中将时间转化为身心潜能全面而个性化发展的空间。The integration of the“Five Education”in schools aims to cultivate comprehensive and personalized individuals.In terms of teacher-student relationship,school education emphasizes the“pre-existing”power,usesobject-oriented communication as driving force for the bright life of teachers and students,and pursues the truth,goodness and beauty through engaging in cultural experience,time spirit,value appealwhich are formed by historical traditions,currentand future social development;in terms of course content selection,school education emphasizes the“comprehensiveness”,taking survivability integration as the“touchstone”and“laboratory”of course organization to make students knowledge,concepts,values and thoughts close to factual life as well as to make students armed with theoretical knowledgeto think,explore and solve real human development problems;in terms of teaching process,school education emphasizes the“wholeness”,using the infusion of life as the dialectics of teaching practice to make teaching introduce,update,and expand the common life world of cognition,emotions,and values behind the knowledge structure of teachers and students in the“dual and bidirectional”and mutual objectification;in terms of management evaluation,school education emphasizes the“timeliness”,using the growth of individual performance as a measure of quality development to place teaching and education in a diverse,vast,and complex“real world”that is opposite to the established“factual world”,to help students employ their time in a free and individual learning process where students physical and mental potential is comprehensive and personalized.
