摘 要:在突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情环境下,企业组织如何应对环境突变所带来的冲击值得进行理论研究。已有研究认为,即兴行为是组织应对复杂多变环境并获取生存机会的积极措施;而依托数字技术所构建的数字平台又是组织获取资源的有效途径。因此,应进一步研究在疫情等外部环境突变的情况下,数字平台能力是否可以促进组织即兴能力的发挥,从而提高组织创新绩效。以受疫情影响较为明显的行业企业作为研究对象,对312份企业调查数据进行分析,结果发现:(1)数字平台能力中的平台整合能力能够增强组织内外资源、能力、目标和具体活动的沟通和协作,而平台重构能力可以改善平台成员的相关技能和知识,在两个维度共同作用下可以有效利用和合理配置平台资源,从而促进组织即兴能力的发挥;(2)组织即兴能力中的时间性和创新性有利于将数字平台能力的资源配置能力作用于组织创新绩效,在数字平台能力与组织创新绩效中起到中介作用;(3)高组织情绪能力作为一种柔性的、隐形的组织内部能力,在组织面临外部环境突变的情况下提供了积极的情绪支撑,以更高的效率整合平台资源,为组织即兴能力的发挥提供帮助,在数字平台能力与组织即兴能力之间起到正向调节作用;同时,高组织情绪能力能够减少组织负面情绪的影响,以积极和谐的内部环境帮助组织在短时间内制定新的计划并实施,提高了组织即兴的时间性和创新性,在组织即兴能力与组织创新绩效之间起到正向调节作用。For a long time,the effective mechanism of organizational response to the ever-changing external environ-ment has been the core issue in the field of organizational management and strategic management.Especially under the im-pact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,enterprises need to constantly try to solve the negative impact of the epidemic,and actively explore new business models and development directions in the post-COVID-19 era.Therefore,how enter-prises cope with the impact of environmental change is worthy of theoretical research.Organizational improvisation,as a new organizational theory that can explain and guide organizational emergent behavior,is a positive measure for organizations to cope with complex and changeable environment and obtain survival opportunities.According to some studies,the success of improvisation depends not only on timeliness and innovation,but also on resource preparation in the early stage.With its bilateral market resources,digital platform provides abundant external resources for enterprises to deal with emergencies.Digital platform capability is a way to transform digital plat-form resources into digital capability.Therefore,it is necessary to further study whether the digital platform capability can serve as the resource base for organizational improvisation in the case of sudden changes in external environment such as the epidemic,so as to promote the exploitation of organizational improvisation capability and thus improve organizational innovation performance.Therefore,based on the organizational improvisation theory,resource-based theory and organiza-tional emotion theory,this paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises that are significantly affected by the epidemic as samples,and uses multiple hierarchical regression and Bootstrap methods to verify the direct impact of digital platform capability on organizational innovation performance,as well as the mediating effect of organizational improvisation capability and the moderating effect of organizational emotion capabi
