摘  要:基于分类-加工模型,研究构建了信息型团队断裂作用于团队创造力的理论模型,探讨了信息型团队断裂与团队创造力关系之间的路径机制与边界机制,检验了信息型团队断裂影响团队创造力过程中,团队目标导向的调节作用与共享领导的中介作用。基于61份团队样本的实证结果表明:(1)信息型团队断裂正向促进团队创造力;(2)团队学习目标导向、团队绩效达成目标导向显著调节信息型团队断裂和团队创造力,信息型团队断裂和共享领导之间的关系;绩效避免目标导向不能显著调节信息型团队断裂与团队创造力,信息型团队断裂与共享领导之间的关系;(3)共享领导能够中介团队学习目标导向、团队绩效达成目标导向在信息型团队断裂与团队创造力作用关系中所起的调节作用。In the digital economy era,creation and innovation are the core of promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.In innovative tasks,team members'diversified education experience and functional background are key to determining the upgrading of product innovation,thereby maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterprise.However,team members'diversified educational and task backgrounds would stimulate the emergence of the split of the team,leading to the formation of information-based team faultlines and resulting in the lower efficiency of the traditional verti-cal leadership model.Therefore,in a diverse team,employees actively share leadership responsibilities and participate in decision-making,a flexible shared leadership phenomenon that emerged.Based on these facts,this research is triggered to ask whether shared leadership is affected by heterogeneous information about information-oriented team fracture in work teams with diverse backgrounds.Under what circumstances can this process be triggered?And could the shared leadership mediate the impact of informational team disruption on team creativity?Based on the categorization-elaboration model,this research constructs a conceptual model of the relationship between the informational faultlines and team creativity and explicate the mediator and boundary conditions of the relationship.On this basis,this research discusses the moderating role of team goal orientation and explore the mediating role of shared leadership on the relationship between informational faultlines and team creativity.By using statistical analysis such as multiple regression analysis,Bootstrap,and Johnson-Neyman analysis,the results of 61 teams showed as follows.First,informational faultlines significantly promotes team creativity.Secondly,both learning goal orientation and performance achievement goal orientation in team goal orientation play a positive moderating role in the relationship between informational faultlines and team creativity,while performance avoidance goal orient
