摘 要:基于OBE理念的混合式线上线下教学方法应用于医学统计学课程,探究混合式模式的教学效果。方法:收集2021年3月至2022年7月新余学院二年级91名健康服务与管理专业学生学习资料的回顾性队列研究。这些学生按照学习年限分为试验组(N=44)及对照组(N=47),为期16周。所有学生均参加了平时测试、实践测试以及期末理论测试,所有测试的知识种类相同。试验组学生进行了满意度测试问卷。应用独立样本t检验进行两组学习效果比较。结果:通过16周的基于OBE的混合式线上线下学习后,试验组在平时成绩、实践成绩、理论成绩方面均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示,超过65%的学生对混合式线上线下学习模式持有非常满意的态度,超过72%的学生认为线上线下混合式学习模式有利于培养学生的自主学习能力。结论:基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式显著提高了学生的学习成绩,对学生的学习兴趣和综合能力提升有积极的影响。The blended online and offline teaching method based on the concept of OBE is applied to the course of medical statistics to explore the teaching effect of the mixed mode.Methods:This retrospective cohort study collects the learning materials of 91 second-year students majoring in health service and management in Xinyu University from March 2021 to July 2022.These students were divided into an experimental group(N=44)and a control group(N=47)according to their years of study,for a period of 16 weeks.All students have participated in daily tests,practical tests,and final theoretical tests,all of which have the same type of knowledge.The students in the experimental group were given a satisfaction test questionnaire.The independent sample t-test was used to compare the learning effect between the two groups.Results:After 16 weeks of blended online and offline learning based on OBE,the experimental group was significantly higher than control group in daily,practical,and theoretical aspects,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey results show that more than 65%of the students hold a very satisfactory attitude towards the online-offline blended learning model,and more than 72%of students believe that the online-offline blended learning model is conducive to cultivating students’autonomous learning ability.Conclusion:The blended teaching model based on the concept of OBE can significantly improve students’academic performance and has positive impact on the improvement of their learning interest and overall ability.
