摘　　要：Unlike tumor chemotherapy,tumor immunotherapy relies heavily on the immune system of the patients.In recent years,immunotherapeutic approaches that target the immune checkpoint(ICT)pathways,have shown promise in cancer treatment,though resistance due to tumor-induced immunosuppression remains a major hurdle in some patients(Saleh and Elkord,2020).
