英国“电影之城”建设与电影教育实施的互动研究——布拉德福德的经验与启示

摘　　要：我国电影教育由来已久,青岛也被联合国教科文组织认定为“电影之城”。文章通过对英国“电影之城”布拉德福德的电影教育情况进行分析,以期对我国“电影之城”的建设与电影教育的实施提供参考。分析发现:布拉德福德的电影教育具有明确的理念、清晰的目标、立体的维度、具体的内容以及可操作性的策略,为其电影教育系统推进提供了理论指导与实践指南;广泛整合社会力量、政产学研协同发展,是其电影教育成功的关键;布拉德福德电影教育实施与“电影之城”建设良性互动,电影创作、电影教育、电影文化、电影旅游共生共赢。Film education in China has a long history and Qingdao has also been recognized by UNESCO as the"City of Film".The paper analyzes the situation of film education in Bradford,the first"City of Film"recognized by UNESCO,in order to provide reference for the implementation of film education in China.The film education in Bradford has clear idea,goal and dimensions,as well as specific contents and operational strategies,which provide theoretical and practical guidance for the promotion of film education.The key to the success of film education in Bradford is to integrate social forces,government,universities and research institutes.Film education and"City of Film"construction have a positive interaction.Moreover,film production,film education,film culture and film tourism have got a win-win situation in Bradford.The successful experience of film education in Bradford can provide reference for the implementation of film education in China.
