摘  要:高校网络舆情危机伴着校园疫情危机频发。其中,校园管理的僵硬失调问题凸显、师生不当言论不断传播发酵、学生心理问题通过网络倾泻、网络舆情诉求平台不畅等问题最受关注。高校辅导员要做学生诉求的倾听者、传达者,做校园网络舆情的把关者、化解者,做网络思政教育的引导者、陪伴者。面对网络舆情,辅导员既要加强学生和自身网络素养,开展网络思政教育,做好学生心理危机干预,还要积极协助学校开展网络舆情监测,倾听学生呼声,拓展合理反馈渠道,参与高校舆情队伍预警机制和预案的制定工作。The online public opinion crisis in colleges is accompanied by campus epidemic crisis frequently.Among them,the problems such as the prominent rigid maladjustment of campus management,the continuous spread of improper remarks by teachers and students,students'psychological problems abreacted through the internet,and the lack of online public opinion appeal platforms have attracted the most attention.College counselors should be the listeners and communicators for students'demands,be the gatekeepers and problem-solvers for campus online public opinion,and be the guiders and companions for online ideological and political education.Facing the online public opinion problems,college counselors should not only strengthen both students'and their own network literacy,carry out online ideological and political education,and do a good job in students'psychological crisis intervention,but also actively assist colleges to carry out online public opinion monitoring,listen to students'voices,expand reasonable feedback channels,and participate in the formulation of early warning mechanism and pre-arranged planning in college public opinion teams.
