摘　　要：现代学徒制以实践教学为主,在当前有着广阔的发展前景,深受校企双方的欢迎。近年来,职业技能大赛已经成为职业教育改革与发展的风向标。该文创造性地提出现代学徒制下基于技能大赛视角的医学检验专业实践教学模式,并对这一模式的必要性、基本内涵、构建思路、总体框架和措施等进行研究。The modern apprenticeship system is mainly based on practical teaching,has a broad prospect of development and is well received by both the school and the enterprise.In recent years,professional skills competitions have become a bellwether for the reform and development of vocational education.The paper creatively puts forward the practical teaching mode of medical laboratory specialty from the perspective of skill competition under the modern apprenticeship system,and studies the necessity,basic connotation,construction ideas,overall framework and measures of the mode.
