摘　　要：分析我国七所高校家政学专业人才培养方案发现:部分高校培养目标没有准确定位于家政服务业,课程设置对本科层次人才培养的支撑度不足,实践教学环节缺失,实施保障存在薄弱环节。解决这些问题需要结合家政服务业发展特点完善培养目标体系,调整课程设置促进家政学专业课程改革,改进家政学实践教学体系以培养学生的家政情怀,建设具有家政学专业背景的师资队伍以强化专业人才保障。Analyzing the training programs for home economics professionals in 7 colleges and universities in China,it is found that the training objectives of some colleges and universities are not precisely positioned in the domestic service industry,the curriculum setting is insufficient to support the training of talents at the undergraduate level,the practical teaching links are missing,and there are weak links in the implementation guarantee.To solve these problems,it is necessary to improve the training target system according to the development characteristics of home economics service industry,adjust the curriculum to promote the reform of the home economics major,improve the practical teaching system of home economics to cultivate students'feelings of home economics,and build a teaching staff with home economics professional background to improve the implementation of support.
