文化安全视角下江苏大运河文化带外宣翻译研究

摘　　要：大运河文化带建设是一项系统性综合工程。加强江苏大运河文化带外宣翻译工作对于促进“强富美高”新江苏建设具有十分重要的意义。文化安全是国家总体安全的重要组成部分,关乎国家稳定、民族团结和精神传承。文化安全视角下江苏大运河文化带外宣翻译实践表明,译者应采取直译、意译、直译加注释等翻译方法,大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化,深入宣传红色革命文化,广泛传播新发展理念,着力彰显文化自信,坚决维护文化安全。The construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt is a systematic and comprehensive project.Strengthening the research on the publicity translation of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt in Jiangsu plays an essential role in the modernization of New Jiangsu characterized by"strong economy,rich people,beautiful environment and high social civilization".As an important part of the holistic national security,cultural security is closely associated with national stability,national unity and spiritual inheritance.Guided by cultural security,the translator,in the practice of publicity translation of Grand Canal Cultural Belt in Jiangsu,should adopt methods such as literal translation,free translation and literal translation plus annotation,vigorously uphold the excellent Chinese traditional culture,deeply publicize the red revolutionary culture,widely spread the new development concept,and strongly manifest cultural self-confidence with a view to resolutely maintaining cultural security.
