摘　　要：床垫对人体睡眠舒适性与睡眠质量产生重要的影响。提出了一种睡眠脊柱形态的表征方法,测量了仰卧在6种弹簧床垫上人体脊椎曲线,同时通过真人睡眠脑电试验评价了人体的睡眠质量,建立了人体脊柱形态与睡眠质量指标之间的关系。结果表明:采用床垫贴合度指标可以反映人体脊柱曲线的变化程度,材质为乳胶、云柔深睡绵和独立筒弹簧的床垫睡眠舒适感最好;床垫贴合度与深睡眠占比和睡眠效率均呈现显著的非线性相关关系;贴合度越接近于1,脊柱形态变化越小,深睡眠占比和睡眠效率越高,睡眠体验感越好。研究结果为弹簧床垫的科学设计提供参考。As one of the important sleep beddings,the spring mattress has a very important impact on human sleep comfort and sleep quality.In order to investigate the relationship between mattress and sleep quality,the method to measure and characterize human sleep spine morphology was proposed by using a homemade human spine curve measurement device to measure the human spine curve of subjects lying on their backs on six different materials of spring mattresses.Through the human spine form of the degree of coincidence that the mattress fit to characterize the spring mattress,and at the same time,the parameters related to human sleep quality were evaluated through real sleep EEG experiments,and the relationship between human spine morphology and sleep quality,deep sleep ratio was established.The relationship between human spine morphology and sleep quality,and the percentage of deep sleep was established.The research results show that:the mattress fit index can reflect the degree of change of human spine curve,the closer to 100%of the mattress fit,the smaller the change of human spine shape;the mattresses made of latex,cloud soft deep sleep cotton and independent cylinder spring have the best sleep comfort,with 90.06%sleep efficiency and 28.67%deep sleep ratio.The mattress fit of the six mattresses showed a significant non-linear correlation with the percentage of deep sleep and sleep efficiency.It was concluded that the closer to 100%of the mattress fit,the higher the percentage of deep sleep and sleep efficiency of the subjects,and the better the sleep experience.The research results will provide reference for the scientific design of spring mattress.
