国内外代表性造纸法再造烟叶化学成分对比分析

摘　　要：为了探究造纸法再造烟叶产品感官品质与化学成分的差异性,为国产再造烟叶产品的化学成分调控指明方向,在感官评价的基础上,对比分析再造烟叶化学成分含量。研究发现,1#国外再造烟叶感官品质显著优于国内产品,香气质好、烟味充足、杂气较少,糖碱比适宜,甘油含量为国内产品均值的10.54倍,挥发、半挥发成分含量为国内产品均值的1.33倍,其中酯类为国内产品均值的2.65倍。1#国外产品中萜类及萜类降解产物含量显著高于国内产品,其中β-胡萝卜素、二氢猕猴桃内酯、β-紫罗兰酮,分别为国内产品均值的12.23、8.30和6.24倍。除此之外,国外产品4-戊烯酸含量较高,是国产均值的5.20倍,乙二酸、亚油酸、油酸分别为国产均值的1.36、1.27和1.23倍。In order to explore the difference between the sensory quality and chemical constituents of Paper-making reconstituted tobacco,and point out the direction for the regulation of chemical constituents of domestic reconstituted tobacco,chemical constituents’content of reconstituted tobacco was comparatively analyzed on the basis of sensory evaluation.The study found that the sensory quality of 1#foreign reconstituted tobacco was significantly better than domestic products,with good aroma,sufficient smoke flavor and less miscellaneous gas,the sugar-base ratio was suitable,the glycerin content was 10.54 times of domestic products,and the content of volatile and semi-volatile components was 1.33 times that of domestic products,of which esters were 2.65 times of domestic products.The content of terpenoids and terpenoid degradation products in foreign products was significantly higher than that in domestic products.Among them,β-carotene,dihydroactinidiolide,andβ-ionone were 12.23,8.30 and 6.24 times that of domestic products.In addition,the content of 4-pentenoic acid in foreign products was relatively high,which is 5.20 times that of the domestic average,and oxalic acid,linoleic acid,and oleic acid were 1.36,1.27,and 1.23 times that of the domestic products,respectively.
