摘  要:地方公费师范生的培养可为贫困边远农村地区输送高质量的师资力量。如何培养出符合地方需求的专业人才,培养方案的制订及修订至关重要。本文以南阳师范学院化学专业地方公费师范生人才培养方案的修订为例,通过对培养目标的全面论证、毕业要求的逐条分解、课程体系的精心设计、地方特色的充分挖掘,以期培养符合师范类专业认证标准、具备优良的教育教学能力、能够在农村中学从事化学教育教学相关工作的毕业生,为乡村振兴和乡村教育现代化服务。The training of locally-funded normal university students can provide high-quality teachers for remote rural areas.The formulation and revision of training programs play an crucial role in training professionals to meet the lo⁃cal needs.This paper takes the revision of the talent training program for local public funded normal students majoring in chemistry in Nanyang Normal University as an example,which makes a comprehensive analysis of the training objec⁃tives and the graduation requirements one by one,and it also makes a careful design of the curriculum system and a full exploration local characteristics so as to train graduates with excellent educational and teaching competence,who can meet the certification standards of teachers and are able to engage in related work of chemical teaching in rural middle schools in order to serve the rural revitalization and rural education modernization.
