摘  要:为了优化传统分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验教学内容,帮助学生理解实验原理和变形概念,将三维数字图像(3D-DIC)相关技术引入到SHPB实验教学中。分析了SHPB实验原理和3D-DIC基本原理,介绍并演示了基于3D-DIC技术的SHPB实验流程,并以混凝土动态压缩实验为例,指导学生进行散斑场布置、动态实验和数据处理分析等。结合3D-DIC技术的动态压缩实验,获得了试样在动态荷载作用下的破坏过程,揭示了试样中裂纹的扩展及应变场的变化规律,弥补了应变片单点测量的不足,激发了学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,加深了学生对动态力学中变形和破坏机理的理解,取得了较好的教学效果。To optimize the teaching content of the traditional Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)experiment and help students understand the experimental principles and deformation concepts,3D digital image correlation(3D-DIC)technology was introduced into the teaching of SHPB experiments.The principles of the SHPB experiment and 3D-DIC were analyzed,and the SHPB experiment process based on 3D-DIC technology was introduced and demonstrated.Take the concrete dynamic compression experiment as an example,students were guided in speckle field arrangements,dynamic experimentation,and data processing and analysis.Combined with the dynamic compression experiment of 3D-DIC technology,the failure process of the specimen under dynamic loading was obtained,the law of crack propagation and strain field variation in the specimen was revealed and the deficiency of the single point measurement of the strain gauge was made up.This approach stimulated students'learning interests and initiative,deepened their understanding of deformation and failure mechanisms in dynamic mechanics,and achieved good teaching results.
