中国-东盟“命运共同体”视域下东南亚“互联网+”国际中文教育模式的构建

摘　　要：通过强化国际中文教育,促进文化相通从而形成“情感或情绪的同频共振”,这为构建中国-东盟“命运共同体”夯实战略互信基础。目前东南亚地区汉语教育存在教育资源不足、传统的教材内容和教育方式难以满足学生多元化需求等问题导致汉语教育的效果总体不理想。鉴于“互联网+”教育模式可以突破传统教育模式受地缘结构和时间条件的限制,确保语言教学资源和平台能够及时得到更新,还可以满足学习者视点的需要,建议加快构建东南亚地区“互联网+”国际中文教育模式,其构建路径包括:建立适应学习者要求的教学资源与教材数据库,构建以学生为主体的需求导向型教学模式,建立学习者、教师和远程教育机构多元交互的公共服务平台,加大相关教材中中国传统文化的分量,打造具备“互联网+”思维的国际中文教育师资队伍和跨学科团队等。Enhancing international Chinese language education can facilitate cultural exchange and forge a“resonance of emotions or sentiments”,which will lay a solid foundation for building a“China-ASEAN Community with a Shared Future”based on strategic mutual trust.However,there are challenges that persist in Chinese language education in Southeast Asia,such as inadequate educational resources and insufficient diversity in teaching materials.Empirical evidence has demonstrated that the“Internet+”educational model can overcome the geographical and temporal limitations of traditional education models by ensuring timely updates of language teaching resources and platforms to meet student needs.Therefore,it is proposed to expedite the development of the“Internet+”international Chinese language education model in Southeast Asia,including developing appropriate teaching resources and database materials,implementing a student-centered demand-driven teaching model,promoting an“Internet+”mindset in both faculty and interdisciplinary teams,enhancing the value of traditional Chinese culture in international Chinese language education,and constructing a new internet information platform.
