摘  要:在高中阶段通过课程改革培养拔尖创新人才,是当前许多学校都在深入思考和实践的课题。R学校高中部通过开设拔尖创新实验小组,将现有的A-level国际课程进行整合,更好地实现拔尖创新人才培养目标。对于课程设计的未来发展,学校还需要关注以下几点:一是进一步挖掘课程的育人价值;二是加强对多种形式课程整合的研究;三是加强和升学与发展指导中心的协作;四是研究拔尖创新人才培养机制。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents through curriculum reform in high school is a topic that many schools are currently deeply contemplating and practicing.The high school branch of R school has established a top-notch innovation experimental group to integrate existing A-level international courses and better meet the goal of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.For the future development of curriculum design,schools still need to pay attention to the following points:Firstly,further explore the educational value of the curriculum;Secondly,strengthen research on the integration of various forms of curriculum;Thirdly,strengthen the connection with the guidance center for further education and development;The fourth is to study the mechanism for cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
