摘 要:基于6986名中小学教师样本数据,运用实证分析考察了教师职业认同对专业学习共同体的影响,并引入教师集体效能感和自我效能感探究其内在作用机制。结果发现:中小学教师专业学习共同体整体居于中等偏上水平。教师的教龄越长、学段以及学历越高,专业学习共同体的发展水平越低。未定级教师的专业学习共同体发展水平最高。城市教师的专业学习共同体的发展水平高于乡村教师。教师职业认同对专业学习共同体具有显著促进作用,教师的集体效能感和自我效能感分别在职业认同对专业学习共同体的影响中发挥了中介效应,自我效能感的中介效应尤为突出,另外,集体效能感和自我效能感还具有链式中介效应。为此,应通过增强教师专业培训,提升教师的职业自觉;提高教师效能感水平,激发合作行为动机;培植专业学习共同体文化,营造合作共享氛围等举措,促进教师专业学习共同体的发展。Based on the sample data of 6986 primary and secondary school teachers,this paper uses empirical analysis to ex⁃amine the impact of teachers’professional identity on professional learning community,and introduces teachers’collective effica⁃cy and self-efficacy to explore its internal mechanism.The results show that the professional learning community of primary and secondary school teachers is in the upper middle level as a whole.The higher the teacher’s teaching age,length of schooling and educational degree,the lower the development level of professional learning community.Non-rated teachers have the highest de⁃velopment level of professional learning community.The development level of urban teachers'professional learning community is higher than that of rural teachers.Teachers’professional identity plays a significant role in promoting the professional learning community.Their collective efficacy and self-efficacy play a mediating role in the impact of professional identity on the profes⁃sional learning community,in which the mediating effect of self-efficacy is particularly prominent.In addition,collective effica⁃cy and self-efficacy also have a chain mediating effect.In order to promote the development of teachers’professional learning community,we should strengthen teachers’professional training,enhance their occupational consciousness,improve their effica⁃cy level,stimulate their motivation of cooperative behavior,cultivate professional learning community culture,and create a coop⁃erative and sharing atmosphere.
