摘　　要：分析了校长信息化领导力的作用,指出了校长信息化领导力的不足之处,最后提出教育信息化意识培训要理论和实践相结合,加强实践环节和注重校长个人的信息技术水平提升。The role of principals’informatization leadership is analyzed,the shortcomings of principals’in-formatization leadership are pointed out,and finally,it is suggested that we should combine theory and prac-tice,strengthen the practical aspects and focus on the improvement of principals’personal informatization lev-els in the training of educational informatization awareness.
