摘　　要：张家界牧羊冲古茶技艺作为非物质文化遗产,是张家界人文历史和风俗习惯的原始记录,是促进张家界经济的重要手段。利用文献调查、田野调查、实地考察等研究方法,对张家界牧羊冲古茶技艺的历史源流、文化特征、工艺流程进行分析,阐述其在乡村振兴背景下的意义和价值。As an intangible cultural heritage,Muyangchong Ancient Tea is the part of the original record of Zhangjiajie s cultural history and customs,and it is an important means to promote the economy of Zhangjiajie.In this paper,literature survey,field investigation,field investigation and other research methods were adopted to investigate the ancient tea of Muyangchong.It studies the ancient tea technology in the context of rural revitalization,so as to provide a reference for the development and value realization of other intangible cultural heritages.
