摘　　要：针对我省当前“汽车运用与维修专业课程与企业实际脱节较严重,培养的学生专业能力较弱、综合素养不高”这一问题,按照现代职业教育中工学结合课程的目标要求,通过深入调研分析汽车售后行业情况,确定经常性工作任务,重新修订人才培养方案,组建注重学生综合职业能力培养的汽车运用与维修专业工学结合课程体系,撰写工学一体化课程教材和工作任务单,设计并建造理论与实践一体化的教学场所,开发相关专业课程资源包,探索制定工学结合课程的教学评价与考核方式,培养适合企业需要的高素质人才。In view of the current problem that"the professional courses of automobile operation and maintenance are seriously disconnected from the actual situation of enterprises,and the professional ability of students cultivated is weak and their comprehensive literacy is not high",according to the target requirements of the integrated engineering courses in modern vocational education,through in-depth investigation and analysis of the situation of the automobile after-sales industry,it is necessary to determine the regular work tasks,revise the talent training program,establish a professional engineering-learning course system that focuses on the training of students'comprehensive vocational ability,and write the textbooks and work task lists of the engineering-learning integration courses.The study designs and builds teaching places that integrate theory and practice,develops resource packages for related professional courses,explores and formulates teaching evaluation and assessment methods for engineering-learning courses,and cultivates high-quality talents suitable for the needs of enterprises.
