摘  要:随着新课程改革的不断深入发展,如何在课堂教学中贯彻素质教育已经成为中学教学当务之急。在高中生物课程中,建立模型与建模科学思维是该课程的重要内容之一,需要在教学中重点培养。作者针对自制基因突变、基因重组、染色体变异物理模型的实验教学,设计以学生出现的问题为导向,引导学生如何建构模型、类比分析模型、解读模型等,培养学生归纳概括、演绎推理等高阶思维,利用相关生物学原理自制基因突变、基因重组、染色体变异物理模型,提高学生的分析问题能力和动手能力。With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,how to implement quality education in classroom teaching has become a top priority for middle school teaching.In the high school biology curriculum,establishing models and modeling scientific thinking is one of the important components of quality education,which needs to be emphasized in the teaching of biology experiments.Aiming at the experimental teaching of self-made physical models of gene mutation,gene recombination and chromosome variation,the author designed to guide students to build models,analyze models by analogy,interpret models,etc.,to cultivate students’higher-order thinking such as generalization and deductive reasoning,to use relevant biological principles to self-made physical models of gene mu-tation,gene recombination and chromosome variation,to cultivate students’intuitive action thinking,and to improve students’analy-tical and hands-on abilities.
