摘　　要：探讨翻转课堂联合Mini-CEX教学法在心内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。实践表明,翻转课堂联合Mini-CEX教学法在心内科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果显著,能激发住培学员的学习兴趣和学习自主性,明显提高临床思维能力,值得推广应用。This paper explores the application effect of the Flipped Classroom combined with Mini-CEX teaching method in standardized training of cardiac resident physicians.The practice has shown that the application of Flipped Classroom combined with Mini-CEX teaching method in the standardized training of cardiac resident physicians has significant effects,which can stimulate the learning interest and autonomy of resident trainees,significantly improve clinical thinking ability,and is worth promoting and applying.
