摘　　要：高职院校突出体现“高”层次的同时,也要突出“职”的特性。面对当前中国社会一些领域出现的职业道德缺失的现状,高职院校在培养学生的过程中要强调以能为本、以德为先,重视德育教育。将中国优秀传统文化融入高职学生德育教育,有利于增强德育教育的有效性。该文通过访谈、问卷的形式调研了中国优秀传统文化与高职学生德育融合现状,主要调研了高职学生对传统文化的内在、外在认知情况,教育现状,高职学生开展优秀传统文化教育途径等。在调研基础上分析其存在的问题及原因,并提出了4个解决措施:加大高职院校思政类课程中优秀传统文化的融入程度;加强专业课中优秀传统文化的融入;中国优秀传统文化中融入“校园文化”;合理运用新媒体技术,拓宽德育教育载体。Higher vocational colleges and universities should highlight the characteristics of"vocational"while reflecting the level of"high".Facing the lack of professional ethics in some fields of Chinese society,higher vocational colleges and universities should emphasize the ability-based and moral-oriented education in the process of training students.Integrating the excellent traditional Chinese culture into the moral education of higher vocational students is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of moral education.This paper investigates the current situation of the integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture and moral education of higher education students through interviews and questionnaires.The article mainly investigates the intrinsic and extrinsic cognition of traditional culture among higher vocational students,the current situation of education,and the ways to carry out excellent traditional culture education for higher vocational students.Based on the research,the problems and causes were analyzed and the following four solution measures were proposed:increasing the degree of integration of excellent traditional culture in the civics and political science courses of higher education institutions;strengthening the integration of good traditional culture in professional courses;integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into campus culture;reasonable use of new media technology to broaden the carrier of moral education.
