新时代党的教师观的三重维度探析

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕教育事业和教师队伍建设提出一系列具有战略性和创新性的表述,构成了新时代党的教师观的主要内容。从新时代教师使命观、新时代好教师标准观和新时代教师发展观三个维度进行探析,有助于把握新时代党的教师观的深刻意蕴。教师使命观是对教师地位和使命的认识,新时代教师承担教书育人、正确引导学生和为党育人的使命;好教师标准观是对教师与时俱进的时代特征和更严格标准的确证,新时代教师具备德才兼备的学术和道德品质;教师发展观是对教师发展环境和路径的探索,新时代教师应该在不断改善的发展环境中,坚定理想信念,树立终身学习和改革创新意识,不断提升自身能力。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of strategic and innovative statements on education and the construction of the teaching force,which have become the main content of the Party’s view of teachers in the new era.To grasp the implications of the Party’s view of teachers in the new era,it is necessary to analyze from the following three dimensions,including the view of teachers’mission in the new era,the criteria for selecting outstanding teachers in the new era and the view of teachers’development in the new era.The view of teachers’mission needs teachers to understand their status and mission,that is,undertaking the mission of teaching and guiding students properly,fostering talents for the Party.The criteria for selecting outstanding teachers ensures teachers in new era to move with the times and adapt to more strict standards,which requires them to possess both academic and moral characters.The view of teachers’development focuses on the exploration of the teacher development environment and path.Teachers in the new era should be committed to their ideals and beliefs,establish the sense of lifelong learning and reform and innovation,and continuously improve their capabilities in the evolving environment.
