摘  要:产教深度融合培养应用型人才意义重大,但仍存在不少问题和瓶颈。学校和企业、行业协会、政府等各方可以共同通过“一体两翼八轮驱动”实施模式产教融合培养应用型人才,即由管理机构、管理机制、管理制度、配套管理等组成“一体”——“支撑体系”,由师资队伍和质量评价组成“两翼”,由专业设置、培养模式、课程体系、内容资源、教学方式、考核方式、实践平台、科研三创组成“八轮驱动”,“一体”带动“两翼”、驱动“八轮”深入开展产教融合培养高素质应用型人才。The cultivation of applied talents through in-depth integration of industry and education is of great significance,but there are still many problems and bottlenecks.The schools,enterprises,industry associations,governments and other parties jointly can cultivate applied talents by integration of industry and education through the“one body,two wings and eight wheels drive”implementation mode.The“one body”,supporting system,is composed of management organization,management mechanism,management system,and supporting management.The“two wings”is composed of teaching staff and quality evaluation.The“eight wheels drive”is composed of professional setting,cultivating mode,curriculum system,content resources,teaching method,examination method,practice platform,scientific research,innovation,entrepreneurship and creation.The“one body”mobilizes“two wings”and drives“eight wheels”to deepen the integration of industry and education to cultivate highquality applied talents.
