摘  要:为明确生态茶园昆虫群落结构,建立生态茶园的昆虫相数据库,在福建宁德福鼎市两处代表性生态茶园(命名为PPX、SXY)各布置3个样点,以马氏网集虫法调查分析昆虫群落结构及多样性,每个季节调查2次。结果显示:6个样点共发现18个目229个科69 588头昆虫,其中以弹尾目个体数最多,占43.70%,双翅目次之,占33.00%,各样点采集的昆虫科数量表现为PPX2>SXY2>SXY3>SXY1>PPX3>PPX1;按科数和个体数计算,各样点的昆虫食性功能类群组成大致相同,营养阶层组成结构分析表明,分解者、初级消费者及次级消费者个体数之比约301∶52∶33;春季和夏季6个样点的科丰富度较高,秋季和冬季呈下降趋势;辛普森、夏农-威纳及均匀度3种多样性指数分别为0.39~0.94、0.94~3.36、0.28~0.82;各样点昆虫科组成归群分析结果显示,PPX和SXY两试验区内的各样点各自归为一群,科组成相似度分别为72.5%和75.5%。本研究结果说明昆虫群落结构与茶园周围的植被和环境有密切的关系,昆虫群落结构可以作为生态茶园建设评估的重要指标。In order to clarify the community structure and establish insect fauna database in ecological tea plantation,6 sampling plots set up in 2 typical ecological tea plantations(named PPX and SXY)in Fuding City of Fujian Province were investigated on in-sect community structure and diversity by Malaise trap twice per season.A total of 69588 insects were collected,which comprised 229 families and 18 orders,dominated by order Collembola(43.70%)and Diptera(33.00%).The number of insect family from different sampling plots was sorted as PPX2>SXY2>SXY3>SXY1>PPX3>PPX1.The composition of functional feeding groups was roughly the same among different sampling plots either on family or individual level,and the proportion of decomposer,primary con-sumer and secondary consumer was 301∶52∶33 on trophic level.At seasonal time scale,family richness index ascended in spring and summer but descended in autumn and winter.Simpson's index,Shannon-Wiener's diversity index and Pielou's evenness index were 0.39-0.94,0.94-3.36 and 0.28-0.82,respectively.Clustering analysis revealed that the sampling plots were grouped into the cluster of their corresponding plantations based on the community structure,with the similarity of 72.5%for PPX and 75.5%for SXY at the family level.In conclusion,insect community structure is closely related to the vegetation and environments of tea planta-tion and can be used as an important indicator for the evaluation of ecological conservation.
