摘　　要：宁波职业技术学院应用化工技术专业,借助政府政策支持,依据用户需求,转化企业科技成果,以浙江省协同创新平台为依托,通过联动平台搭建、教学体系重构、“双导师”团队打造、“产教+科教”双线育人等措施,进一步深化“产学研”融合,将三位一体的“产学研”协同育人,拓展为五位一体“政产学研用”的“三共三同”人才培养模式。该人才培养模式的实施促进了高素质技术技能的化工人才培养,赋能地方石化产业高质量发展。With the support of government policies,according to the needs of users,transforming the scientific and technological achievements of enterprises,and relying on the collaborative innovation platform of Zhejiang Province,through the construction of linkage platform,the reconstruction of teaching system,the construction of double tutor team,and the dual-line education and industry,the Applied Chemical Technology Major of Ningbo Polytechnic further deepen the trinity of“industry-university-research”collaborative education into a“five-in-one”of“government-industry-university-research-employer”,which is a collaborative education mode of“three commons and three similarities”.The implementation of this education mode has promoted the training of chemical talents with high-quality technical skills and enabled the high-quality development of local petrochemical industry.
