摘  要:职业院校技能大赛是我国职业教育的一项重大制度设计和创新,在推动职业教育高质量发展方面发挥了重要作用。“双师型”教师培养是提升职业院校核心竞争力及人才培养质量的重要保障。职业院校技能大赛在促进“双师型”教师发展中具有积极的作用。在前人研究基础上,结合湖北幼儿师范高等专科学校学前教育专业的参赛经验和“双师型”教师培养改革方案,发现技能大赛促进“双师型”教师发展的机制包括:深化校企融合机制,共育“双师型”教师;创新教师团队机制,培养“双师型”教师;竞赛平台资源转化,助力“双师型”教师培养;大赛推动教学改革,倒推“双师型”教师发展;完善准入制度,规范“双师型”教师标准。今后在职业院校技能大赛背景下,可以采取完善激励制度、校企互培互聘和院校间合作交流、依托大赛平台推进“双师型”教师队伍建设等策略。Skills competition in vocational colleges is a major system design and innovation of vocational education and plays an important role in promoting the high quality development of vocational education.“Double-qualified”teachers are an important guarantee for the core competitiveness of vocational colleges and the quality of talent training.Skills competition in vocational colleges plays a positive role in promoting the development of“double-qualified”teachers.On the basis of previous studies,combined with the participation experience of preschool education major in our school and the reform plan of“double-qualified”teacher training,this paper finds that the mechanism of skills competition to promote the development of“double-qualified”teachers includes:deepening the school-enterprise integration mechanism,co-training“double-qualified”teachers,innovating the teaching team mechanism to train“double qualified”teachers,transforming the competition platform resources to help cultivate“double-qualified”teachers,promoting teaching reform based on competition to push forward the development of“double-qualified”teachers,improving the access system and set the standard for“double-qualified”teachers.In the future,under the background of skills competition in vocational colleges,we can improve the incentive system,mutual training and recruitment between schools and enterprises,cooperation and exchanges between schools,and rely on the competition platform to promote the construction of a team of“double-qualified”teachers.
