职业学校关键办学能力提升路径思考

摘　　要：职业学校关键办学能力提升是当前深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的重点工作。提升职业学校关键办学能力对强化职业教育人才支撑、深化现代职业教育体系建设改革、助推职业学校高质量发展、服务全民终身学习和技能型社会建设等方面具有很强的现实意义。当前职业学校关键办学能力在办学基本条件、人才支撑能力、产教融合能力、产业支撑能力、服务能力等方面存在薄弱环节。建议采取推进办学条件达标工程提高办学基础能力、加强专业建设提高专业支撑产业能力、深化“三教”改革提高人才支撑能力、加强载体建设提高产教融合能力、加强科教融汇和社会培训提高服务能力等途径以提升职业学校关键办学能力。The improvement of the essential school-running competences in vocational schools are the most important part of work in the reform and construction of modern vocational education system.Improving the essential school-running competences of vocational schools has great practical significance in strengthening the personnel support for the vocational education,deepening the construction and reform of modern vocational education system,boosting the high-quality development of vocational schools,serving the lifelong learning of the entire people and the construction of a skill-based society.At present,vocational schools have some weaknesses on basic conditions for running schools,personnel support competence,vocational education being integrated into industrial production,support from industries and the social serving competence.It is suggested in the paper to improve the essential school-running competences of vocational schools by promoting“the standard project of running a school”to improve the basic ability of running schools,strengthening the construction of majors to improve the professional-support-industry ability,deepening the reform of“three education”to improve the personnel support ability,developing the carrier construction to improve the integration of production and education,increasing the integration of science and education and social training to improve the serving ability.
