摘　　要：当前,伴随着“互联网+”时代的新兴科技不断推进和深入发展,技术理性和价值理性发展失衡,伦理问题出现了一系列新形式、新特点和新趋势。文章从新兴科技的安全性和可靠性、人的社会主体性地位遭受挑战、社会公平正义等3个方面总结了“互联网+”时代科技伦理困惑表现形式,从互联网新兴科技不确定性、伦理治理教育与应对欠缺、利益逻辑的驱使、传统科技伦理规范体系滞后等方面分析了“互联网+”时代科技伦理困惑成因,并从建立全过程科技伦理审查监管体系、完善“互联网+”时代新兴科技伦理制度建设、坚持多元主体共同参与新兴科技伦理治理过程等方面提出解决“互联网+”时代伦理困惑的可能路径。At present,with the continuous advancement and in-depth development of emerging technologies in the“Internet+”era,the development of technological rationality and value rationality is unbalanced,and a series of new forms,new features and new trends have emerged in ethical issues.The article summarizes the expression forms of scientific and technological ethical confusion in the“Internet+”era from three aspects,such as the security and reliability of emerging technologies,the challenge of human's social subjectivity,and social equity and justice,and analyzes the causes of scientific and technological ethical confusion in the“Internet+”era from the aspects of the uncertainty of Internet emerging technologies,the lack of ethical governance education and response,the drive of interest logic,and the lag of traditional scientific and technological ethical norms,it also puts forward the possible path to solve the ethical confusion in the“Internet+”era from the aspects of establishing the whole process of scientific and technological ethical review and supervision system,improving the construction of the ethical system of emerging technologies in the“Internet+”era and insisting that multiple subjects participate in the ethical governance process of emerging technologies.
