现代职业教育质量保障机制探析:基于EFQM卓越模型的思考

摘　　要：通过将EFQM模型与职业教育的人文性、整合性、专业性及多样性结合,提出职业教育质量保障机制建设需要遵循多元治理、资源统合、动力表征及绩效监测四项原则。并以EFQM卓越模型为理论基础,通过引擎驱动、利益驱动、动力驱动及结果驱动,从健全责任机制、深挖合作机制、创新激励机制及优化考评机制等方面构筑高效的现代职业教育质量保障机制。Four principles,including multiple governance,resource integration,motivation representation,and performance monitoring,are proposed for the construction of quality guarantee mechanism of vocational education with the combination of EFQM model and the humanity.Integration,specialty and diversity of vocational education.Based on the EFQM excellence model,an effective quality guarantee mechanism of vocational education,driven by engine,profit,power and result,is established from the perspectives of improving the responsibility mechanism,digging into the cooperation mechanism,innovating the incentive mechanism and optimizing the evaluation mechanism.
