摘 要:领导创造力如何提升团队整体创造力,一直是学术界持续讨论的焦点,同时也是领导者在管理实践中迫切需要解决的问题。依据SOR理论框架,工作团队是一个互动有机体,而团队领导创造力作为情境刺激源会通过团队创新过程投入产生扩散效应,促进团队创造力的提升。实证结果表明:领导创造力正向影响团队创造力,团队问题识别在领导创造力与团队创造力关系中具有中介作用;团队信息加工在领导创造力与团队创造力关系中也具有中介作用;团队问题识别和团队信息加工的中介作用具有先后衔接关系,形成了链式中介效应。研究构建和检验了领导创造力对团队创造力的创新过程投入作用路径模型,对于解释领导自身的创造力及其榜样力量对团队创造力有积极影响,丰富了对领导创造力有效性的理解,为团队创造力提升问题研究提供了新的思路。How to improve the team creativity by leader creativity has always been the focus of continuous dis⁃cussion in academic circles,and it is also an urgent problem that leaders need to solve in management practice.Ac⁃cording to the SOR theoretical framework,team is an interactive organism.And the leader creativity as a situational stimulus of team creativity will have a diffusion effect through the input of team creative process engagement so that the team creativity can be improved.The results show that leader creativity is positively related to team creativ⁃ity.Team problem identification mediates the positive relation between leader creativity and team creativity.Team information processing mediates the positive relationship between leader creativity and team creativity.Team prob⁃lem identification and team information processing form the chain mediating effects between leadership creativity and team creativity.This study constructs and tests the influence path model of leader creativity on team creativity from the perspective of team creative process engagement,which can explain the positive influence of leader cre⁃ativity and team learning on team creativity.These findings in the present study contribute to understanding the ef⁃fectiveness of leader creativity,and providing new ideas for the literatures of team creativity promotion.
