专业认证背景下师范类英语专业人才培养改革——以抚顺师范高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：专业认证对于师范类专业已是大势所趋,对于高职高专层次而言更是前所未有的挑战。在此以师范类专业认证为背景,以提高教师资格证通过率为导向,从课程设置、组织管理与师资建设、考核评价体系以及德育培养四个方面,提出了改革的思路,从而提高人才培养质量,输送符合新时期社会需求的高素质教师。Professional certification,the main trend for normal majors,is an unprecedented challenge for higher vocational education.Based on the professional certification of normal majors and guided by improving the passing rate of Teachers'Qualification Certificates,this paper puts forward ideas to reform from four aspects:curriculum setting,organization management and teacher building,evaluation system,and moral education.The reform in such aspects aims at improving the quality of talent cultivation and delivering high-quality teachers that meet the needs of society in the new era.
