摘  要:提升高职毕业生培养质量对于推动实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略意义重大。通过运用扎根理论研究方法,构建了包含行为效能、服务贡献等6个主范畴和责任意识、自学能力、就业质量等24个子范畴的高职毕业生培养质量评价模型。研究发现,高职毕业生培养质量与学生个人素养、个人能力、行为效能、个人感受、服务贡献、培养结果等密切相关。其中,个人素养和能力是影响高职毕业生培养质量的根本因素,同时高职毕业生培养质量评价结果对学校人才培养工作具有较强的反馈作用。高职院校提升毕业生培养质量需要加强质量监控,完善评价体系;施加教师影响,强化知识运用;注重内外兼修,提升综合素质。The quality of higher vocational graduates'training affects to a certain extent whether the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country with talents,and innovation-driven development can be successfully realized.By applying the research method of grounded theory,the evaluation model of the quality of higher vocational graduates'training,which contains 6 main categories such as behavioral efficacy and service contribution and 24 sub-categories such as responsibility awareness,self-learning ability and employment quality,was constructed.This study found that the quality of higher vocational graduates'training is closely related to students'personal quality,personal ability,behavioral efficacy,personal feelings,service contributions,training results,etc.Among them,personal quality and ability are the fundamental factors affecting the quality of higher vocational graduates'training.At the same time,the evaluation results of higher vocational graduates'training quality have a strong feedback effect on the school's talent training work.This study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening quality monitoring,improving the evaluation system,strengthening the use of knowledge,paying attention to both internal and external training,and improving the overall quality.
