摘  要:创新人才的培养是现代高等教育人才培养的主要目标之一。与传统培养体系相比,创新人才的培养更侧重实践能力的训练。现以生物学国家级教学示范中心创新开放实验室为例,通过探索和实践以学生自我管理为主体的理科创新开放实验室管理制度,构建高校学生自我管理的科研创新实践模式,帮助学生切身体验科研项目的实施和管理全过程。在完成科研训练实践和培养学生学术素养的同时,有效提升学生自我管理能力、实践创新能力与创新意识,实现学生的全面自我发展。The cultivation of innovative talents is one of the main goals of modern higher education talent training.Compared to the traditional cultivation system,the cultivation of innovative talents focuses more on the training of scientific research practice ability.In this paper,taking the innovation open laboratory of the national demonstration center for experimental biology education in Zhejiang University as an example,a new scientific innovative research practice mode was constructed by exploring and practicing the management system of an open laboratory focusing on the university students’self-management,which greatly helps the students to experience the implementation and management of scientific research projects.Along with their completing the practice of scientific research training,this management system effectively improves students’self-management ability,comprehensively cultivates college students’academic literacy,scientific research ability and sense of innovation,which builds a comprehensive education system for the cultivation of innovative talents.
