摘  要:在面临教育教学改革的大环境下,如何探讨和评价临床医学专业课程混合式教学运用的效果,以西北民族大学2017级临床医学本科专业114名学生为研究对象,采用Willianmson量表进行问卷调查,运用克隆巴赫信度、方差分析等统计学方法,对西北民族大学附属医院的临床案例分析、模拟教学、线上线下混合式教学等的教学效果进行评价。数据分析结果显示:2017级临床医学专业学生对课程混合式教学模式的认可度具有一致性和普遍性,男性和女性认可度稍有差异。因此,混合式教学模式能够为医学生带来更多体验,激发了学生的学习热情,有利于医学生的培养。To explore and evaluate the effect of mixed teaching in clinical medicine specialty under the environment of education and teaching reform,a total of 114 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine from grade 2017 in Northwest University for Nationalities were selected as the research subjects.Willianmson scale was used to conduct questionnaire survey and statistical methods,such as Cronbach reliability and variance analysis,etc.are taken to evaluate the teaching effect of clinical cases,simulation teaching and online and offline mixed teaching methods in affiliated hospitals.The data analysis shows that the recognition of the hybrid teaching mode of clinical medicine specialty courses of grade 2017 is consistent and universal,and there is a slight difference between males and females.Therefore,the mixed teaching mode can bring more experience to medical students,stimulate their learning enthusiasm,and is conducive to the cultivation of medical students.
