摘 要:职业教育法修订后对职业教育定位给出了明确规定,对职业教育校企合作要求更高、范围更广。职业教育技术技能的培养应该立足于校企合作,校企合作的深度、广度、质量都受校企合作模式的影响,合作的模式和运行对学生培养有着重要的推动作用。基于部分高职院校的质量报告,通过分析构建职业院校校企合作模型,进而研究校企合作效率、运行模式。针对模型运行中出现的常见问题,提出相应对策,推进校企合作健康发展,增强职业教育竞争力。After the revision of the Vocational Education Law,the orientation of vocational education has been clearly defined,which requires higher requirements and wider scope for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.The training of technical skills in vocational education should be based on school-enterprise cooperation.The depth,breadth and quality of school enterprise cooperation are subject to the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.The mode and operation of cooperation play an important role in promoting student training.Based on the quality report of some vocational colleges this year,the school enterprise-cooperation model of vocational colleges is constructed through analysis,and then the efficiency and operation mode are analyzed.In view of the common problems in the operation of the model,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation and enhance the competitiveness of vocational education.
