摘  要:当前,我国儿科医生缺口较大,究其原因除了收入问题外,更多的是因为医学生毕业后无法快速适应儿科复杂的工作环境,临床岗位胜任力不足导致心生退意。为了提高未来儿科医生的岗位胜任力,海南医学院在儿科实习出科考试的方法上进行了初步探索,发现情景模拟考试法较传统儿科考试法有明显优势。情景模拟考试能够吸引学生,培养学生的临床思维和职业素养,提高教师的工作能力,减少医患矛盾,充分发挥考试的教育促进作用,达到以考促学的目的,未来考试方式的变革会是高等医学教育改革的趋势之一。Pediatricians are usually short in supply.Besides the income problem,the reason is that medical students can not quickly adapt to the working environment of pediatrics after graduation and many of them leave pediatrics because they are incompetent.In order to improve the post competency of pediatricians,we have made a preliminary exploration on the method of pediatric practice examination,and found that scenario mock exam has obvious advantages over the traditional pediatric examination.Scenario mock exam can attract students,cultivate students’clinical thinking and professional quality,improve teachers’working ability,reduce doctor-patient conflicts,give full play to the educational promotion role of examination,and achieve the purpose of promoting learning by examination.The reform of examination methods in the future will be one of the trends of higher medical education reform.
