摘 要:随着唐代密教发展盛行,大量与密教相关的佛教医籍相继译出,唐代佛教医学的密教化现象愈发明显。通过梳理可知,唐代密教较为广泛地参与皇室与民间的医疗实践,而敦煌石窟中亦保存有不少运用密教咒术疗疾的唐代壁画。可见运用密教咒术解决各种医学问题是唐代佛教医学中密教化现象的重要表现,因此,就这一现象进行研究对了解唐代佛教医学及密教的发展情况具有重要的价值与意义。With the development and prevalence of Esoteric Buddhism in the Tang Dynasty,a large number of Buddhist medical sutras related to Esoteric Buddhism were translated,and the phenomenon of Esoteric Buddhism in Buddhist medicine began to emerge.Through sorting,it can be seen that Esoteric Buddhism was widely involved in the practice of royal and folk medicine in the Tang Dynasty,and there are also many Tang Dynasty murals which demonstrate the use of esoteric spells to treat diseases in Dunhuang Grottoes.It can be said that using esoteric spells to solve various medical problems was an important manifestation of the phenomenon of Esoteric Buddhism in Buddhist medicine during the Tang Dynasty.Studying this phenomenon has important value and significance for understanding the development of Buddhist medicine and Esoteric Buddhism in the Tang Dynasty.
