摘 要:通过对大黄鱼稚鱼体氨基酸组成、生长性能的观察比较,探讨大黄鱼仔稚鱼微胶囊饲料氨基酸营养的合理性;选用微胶囊饲料替代部分生物饵料驯育10日龄大黄鱼仔鱼,进行为期31 d的饲养试验。采用饲料氨基酸平衡性的化学评价指标评价微胶囊饲料蛋白质的营养价值。以35日龄大黄鱼稚鱼体蛋白氨基酸组成作为参比系列,计算大黄鱼微胶囊饲料必需氨基酸比值系数(RC)。结果表明:赖氨酸的RC值最小,为0.7232,是大黄鱼微胶囊饲料的第一限制性必需氨基酸;赖氨酸湿基含量4.07%,为饲料蛋白的8.09%;蛋氨酸湿基含量1.59%,为饲料蛋白的3.16%。大黄鱼仔稚鱼微胶囊饲料必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为93.52,杰卡德(Jaccard)系数为0.944,氨基酸比值系数分(SRC)为81.20;必需氨基酸干基含量(∑EAA)为23.71%;非必需氨基酸干基含量(∑NEAA)为27.07%;氨基酸干基总含量为50.78%,接近粗蛋白质干基含量(51.60%)。综上,大黄鱼微胶囊饲料9种必需氨基酸含量组成与35日龄大黄鱼体蛋白氨基酸组成之拟合关联相似度很高,接近理想蛋白质氨基酸模式,平衡度良好,可以为10日龄后期大黄鱼仔稚鱼提供良好的氨基酸营养。微胶囊饲料替代25%的生物饵料用于饲喂大黄鱼10日龄仔鱼培育稚幼鱼效果较好,具有可行性。The microencapsulated feed for large yellow croaker(Larimichthys Crocea)larvae was developed to replace part of the biological bait to breed 10 days old large yellow croaker larvae for 31 days.;The nutritional value of feed protein was evaluated by chemical evaluation index of feed amino acid balance.The amino acid composition of the 35-day-old large yellow croaker larvae was used as a reference to calculate the essential amino acid ratio coefficient(RC).The results showed that the RC value of lysine was the smallest of 0.7232,which was the first restricted essential amino acid for large yellow croaker larvae;the wet base content of lysine was 4.07%,accounting for 8.10%of feed protein;the wet base content of methionine was1.59%,accounting for 3.16%of feed protein.The microencapsulated feed was with essential amino acid index(EAAI)93.52,Jaccard coefficient 0.944,amino acid ratio coefficient(SRC)81.20,essential amino acid dry content(∑EAA)23.71%,non-essential amino acid dry content(∑NEAA)27.07%,the total content of amino acid on dry basis 50.78%,which was close to the crude protein(51.60%)on dry basis.The results indicated that the similarity of the amino acid composition of the content of 9 essential amino acids in the microencapsulated feed with 35-day-old rhubarb fish protein was very high,close to the ideal protein amino acid model,and with good balance,which could provide balanced amino acid nutrition for 10-day-old large yellow croaker larvae;The microencapsulated feed could replace 25%of biological bait of 10-day-old large yellow croaker larvae.
