摘 要:随着人工智能在教育领域不断深度融合,教师专业发展倍受人工智能影响。为明晰人工智能如何影响教师专业发展,本研究基于扎根理论并利用Nvivo12质性分析软件对90篇中文核心文献进行内容分析。研究发现,人工智能深刻影响教师专业态度、教师专业知识、教师专业能力以及教师角色4个方面。为加强在人工智能环境下的教师专业发展,可从强化数据素养,促进教师专业成长;廓清技术伦理,发挥教师主体作用;规避智能鸿沟,关注教师均衡发展3个维度加以突破。With the continuous and deep integration of AI in the field of education,the professional development of teachers is greatly affected by AI.In order to clarify how AI affects teachers professional development,this study is based on grounded theory and uses Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software to analyze the content of 90 core Chinese documents.The research found that AI profoundly affects teachers'professional attitude,professional knowledge,professional ability and role.In order to strengthen the professional development of teachers in the artificial intelligence environment,we can strengthen the data literacy and promote the professional growth of teachers;Clear up technical ethics and give full play to the role of teachers;Avoid the intelligence gap,pay attention to the balanced development of teachers,and make breakthroughs in the three dimensions.
