摘 要:目的研究以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法和以问题为基础的学习(problembased learning,PBL)教学法在血液系统疾病教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—11月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院血液科住培基地进行住院医师规范化培训的60名住院医师为研究对象。按随机数表法分为CBL教学组和PBL教学组,每组30名,CBL教学组采用CBL教学,PBL教学组采用PBL教学,比较两组住院医师出科考试成绩,并调查其对教学效果的评价。结果CBL教学组住院医师出科考成绩、对教学效果的数据评价均高于PBL教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液科住院医师规范化培训期间采用CBL教学法优于PBL教学法,有利于提高住院医师规范化培训的效果。Objective To study the application effect of case based learning(CBL)teaching method and problem based learning(PBL)teaching method in the teaching of hematological diseases.Methods Sixty resident physicians who underwent standardized training at the Hematology Department Training Base of Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into CBL teaching group and PBL teaching group according to random number table method,with 30 students in each group.CBL teaching group adopted CBL teaching,while PBL teaching group adopted PBL teaching.Compared the scores of resident physician admission exams between the two groups and investigated their evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Results The results of the admission examination and data of evaluation of teaching effectiveness of resident physicians in the CBL teaching group were higher than those in the PBL teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method is better than PBL teaching method during the standardized training of hematology residents,and is conducive to improving the effect of standardized training of residents.
