摘　　要：校企对接机制的研究是职业院校开展高质量校企合作、专业与产业融合发展的必然要求。通过对校企对接的必要性与开展模式分析,并结合成都航空职业技术学院航空装备制造类专业校企对接的生动实践,从沟通机制、专业设置、教学过程、师资力量、思政工作等五个方面提出深化高职院校航空装备制造类专业校企对接机制的意见建议,为深化产教融合校企合作、提高航空装备类专业高技术技能人才培养质量提供可参考的经验。Research on college-enterprise cooperation mechanism is a necessary requirement for vocational colleges to carry out high-quality college-enterprise cooperation and integrated development of majors and industries.By analyzing the necessity and mode of college-enterprise cooperation and combining with the vivid practice of college-enterprise cooperation in aviation equipment manufacturing majors of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic,suggestions are put forward for deepening the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism in aviation equipment manufacturing majors of higher vocational colleges from five aspects:communication mechanism,major setting,teaching process,faculty,and ideological and political work.These suggestions can provide reference for deepening the cooperation between industry and education and improving the quality of high-skilled personnel training in aviation equipment manufacturing majors.
