摘  要:融合教育作为特殊教育的一种实现手段,能有效保障残障学生群体平等接受教育并满足其成长发展需求。融合教育视域下,要从推进融合教育与高等教育改革发展的关系、残障大学生群体发展与青年工作的关系、残障大学生思想政治教育机制与融合教育双向促进三方面,准确定位构建残障大学生思想政治教育机制的价值逻辑。当前,要根据思想认识有待统一、机制体系有待完善、融合深度有待增强的现实状况,以积极构建全面协同机制、信息沟通机制、长效保障机制、诊断评价机制,明确在发挥教育合力、促进内生动力、确保持续发力、提升工作效力四方面下功夫的实践逻辑,在融合教育背景下为构建残障大学生思想政治教育机制提供行动遵循。Inclusive education is a means to realize special education.It effectively guarantees equal access to education and meets the growth and development needs of students with disabilities.It is necessary to clarify the value logic of constructing the mechanism of ideological and political education for disabled college students from three aspects of the relationship between inclusive education promotion and higher education reform,the relationship between disabled college students and youth work,the mechanism of ideological and political education for disabled college students and the two-way promotion of inclusive education.At present,it is necessary to grasp the realistic logic that the ideological understanding needs to be unified,the mechanism system needs to be improved,and the integration depth needs to be enhanced,so as to actively build a comprehensive coordination mechanism,information communication mechanism,long-term guarantee mechanism,diagnosis and evaluation mechanism,and clarify the practical logic that it should work hard in four aspects,namely,giving full play to the educational synergy,promoting the internal driving force,ensuring continuous power and improving the work effectiveness.In the background of inclusive education,it provides action guidelines for the construction of ideological and political education mechanism for disabled college students.
