摘　　要：肿瘤放射治疗学是一门涉及多专业的临床学科。然而传统教学以讲授为主,教学模式单一,忽视了医学生创新能力和思维能力的培养。多元化教学方法则是将基于问题学习的教学法、案例教学法、以靶区勾画为中心的教学法、多学科协作教学法、新媒体教学形式、多元化考核方式等相结合的多模式教学方法,旨在探索放射肿瘤教学改革的方向,为培养放射肿瘤人才提供新思路。Oncology radiotherapy is a clinical subject involving multiple disciplines.However,the conventional teaching is based on lectures and the teaching mode is single,which ignores the cultivation of medical students’innovation and thinking abilities.The diversified teaching method is a multi-mode teaching method that combines problem-based learning teaching method,case teaching method,teaching method centered on target area drawing,multidisciplinary collaborative teaching method,new media teaching form,and diversified assessment methods,etc.,aiming at investigating the direction of radiation oncology teaching reform and providing new ideas for cultivating radiation oncology tale nts.
